In this tutorial, I will show you how to make text with glossy green effect ,with photoshop of course!.
1.Create a new document and fill black background 2.Type a short text you like (you should use fat font)
Blend this text layer. Right click on the text layer and choose Blending Options. And follow the steps like pictures below.
Now click the “Gradient Overlay” in blending options. Set the gradient like the pictures below.
Give stroke to give thick effects
Then the result of the above steps is like this.
I made the letter W and S more shiny before, and you will make remain latters Create a new layer and use Ellipse tool to draw a white circle like this
Ctrl+Click on the “Wiswa” text layer, the click Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection. Then erase the over ellipse. Then adjust the ellipse opacity to 30%
Next Step, Duplicate the “Wiswa” text Layer fill it with white. You can just go to [Edit]>>[Fill] or use Color Overlay in Blending Options. Move the “Wiswa Copy” Layer with Move tool. See!
Ctrl+Click on the “Wiswa” Layer. Then click Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection.
Erase all the over text of “Wiswa Copy” Layer with eraser tool. The limit border image for “Wiswa Copy” layer is the “Wiswa” layer. Erase the over text of “ Wiswa Copy” layer on “Wiswa” Layer.
That’s it !!. Look the result at the first image of this tutorial
