Making cut-out effect to picture. Cut out effect is a trick in photoshop that will make your picture out of frame, it’s just like the picture below

The first step is prepare your picture in photoshop workspace. Give the picture guideline, to make it easier to edit [View]>>[New Guide] (see the pictures below.)

Guideline will be placed on where you will give the picture cut-out effect. In my case, I will placed the guideline in front car. If done, now you must select the front car that you will give the cut-out effect with Lasso Tools. After that, move the selected areas to a new layer(click Ctrl+J). I named it with Layer 1. (Look the pictures below)

If you’ve done with that, now cut the left side of guideline and give the cutted areas with white background. Don’t Forget to move the Layer 1 to un-cutted areas.

To give the cutted background with color, you must make a larger canvas.To do that, edit the value of canvas size in [Image]>>[Canvas size]. Don’t make larger canvas with all side larger. Just make the left side larger. The value will like the pictures below.

Now, moved the Layer 1 to the front car that have been cutted. Clean the Layer 1 with Magic  Wand Tools (Select-Erase).

Just Like that, Easy, right..?!!
